Die Luftführung bestimmen Sie, entsprechend der baulichen Anforderungen des Luftkanalsystems vor Ort. Der Anschluss ist demnach mit horizontalen oder auf Wunsch vertikalen Luftkanalanschlüssen möglich. Ob die Anschlüsse für Zu- und Abluft links und die Anschlüsse für Außen- und Fortluft rechts oder umgekehrt angebracht werden, das entscheiden Sie für Ihre gewünschte Einbausituation.

Den KaCompact KG erhalten Sie in vier standardisierten Baugrößen, die sich im Nenn-Luftvolumenstrom unterscheiden:

  • 1500 m³/h
  • 2500 m³/h
  • 4000 m³/h
  • 6000 m³/h

Er ist bereits einteilig ab Werk montiert und das Beste für die Anlieferung vor Ort: fast alle Baugrößen des für den Innenbereich konstruierten Gerätes passen durch das gängige Rohtürmaß von einem Meter Breite.

Im neuen RLT-Kompaktlüftungsgerät sind energieeffiziente EC-Radialventilatoren und ein hocheffizienter Plattenstrom-Wärmeübertrager verbaut, der im Gegenstromprinzip arbeitet. Er sorgt dafür, dass die Wärmeenergie aus der Abluft zurückgewonnen und in die Zuluft überführt wird. So sind Rückwärmezahlen von mindestens 73 % bis hin zu mehr als 93 % möglich, was den Anforderungen der ErP-Richtlinie (Energy related Products-Directive) entspricht.

Wie wird das Kompaktlüftungsgerät KaCompact KG ausgelegt?

Das Berechnungsprogramm für die Auslegung des KaCompact KG ist frei zugänglich. Es unterstützt Sie dabei schnell und intuitiv die passende Lösung für Ihre Anforderung zu erhalten. Mit der Eingabe der erforderlichen Parameter wie Personen, Raumfläche, Raumhöhe, Gebäudekategorie und Luftqualität (nach DIN EN 16798) wird der Auslegungsvolumenstrom bestimmt. Hinzu kommt die Wahl der gewünschten Ausstattungsmerkmale. Nach erfolgreicher Konfiguration der Geräteausführung erhalten Sie für das finale Produkt alle erforderlichen Daten, Planungshinweise und Zeichnungen und können diese auch auf Wunsch herunterladen.

Warum empfehlen wir eine KaControl MC Regelung?

Machen Sie es sich einfach. Mit unserer hauseigenen vorkonfigurierten KaControl MC Regelung ist die komplette Sensorik und Aktorik bereits im Gerät montiert und verdrahtet. Das spart Zeit bei der Installation. Wird eine bauseitige Regelung gewünscht, legen wir alle verbauten Komponenten auf eine zentrale Klemmleiste.

Das Gerät ist mit einer beidseitigen Kondensatwanne für die Reinigung beider Luftwege des Plattenstrom-Wärmeübertragers nach VDI 6022 ausgestattet. So wird eine hygienisch einwandfreie Klimatisierung auch nach Jahren gewährleistet. Die Luft wird mit platzsparenden Panelfiltern gefiltert, die zur Wartung und zum Wechsel einfach über Klemmschienen entnehmbar sind.

Der Außenfilter entspricht
ISO ePM1 70 % (ehemals F7 Filter) und der Abluftfilter ISO ePM10 55 % (ehemals F5).

Was Sie sonst noch wissen sollten


Wir versehen das Gerät bereits ab Werk mit einer Hebevorrichtung bzw. mit Kranösen. Das erleichtert den Transport und die Aufstellung enorm. Diese können natürlich nach der Platzierung vor Ort entfernt werden.

Außerdem ist es optional möglich, ein Heizregister im Gerät zu integrieren. Auch nach abgeschlossener Installation kann dieses später noch nachgerüstet werden.

Sie benötigen einen Kühler?

Dieser wird bei horizontalen Geräten als separates Bauteil mit integrierter Kondensatwanne und Tropfenabscheider im Geräteprogramm angeboten. Der Anschluss erfolgt links oder rechts.
